Special Areas:Muireann Nic Dhonncha is based in Walkers' Irish office where she is of counsel in the firm's finance and capital markets group. Muireann's principal practice areas are finance and capital markets, securitisations, distressed investment, finance and corporate restructuring.In particular, she advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (including loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets, insurance linked securities). Muireann also advises borrowers and lenders on a wide range of secured and unsecured lending transactions.?
