Lorraine leads Deloitte Ireland's Tax team, and serves on the Executive Committee of the firm.
Lorraine is an International and M&A tax partner, advising a broad range of indigenous Irish companies, private equity houses and multinational companies covering a wide variety of tax issues (both Irish and international). She is former Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Tax Policy Group, and a former Council member of the Irish Tax Institute.
