The Intellectual Property team at Flynn O'Driscoll advises on the acquisition, exploitation, use, and enforcement of intellectual property rights across the globe. We also work closely with our clients in advising on intellectual property issues arising out of joint ventures, technology transfer, and other commercial arrangements.
