The firm's Tax group provides a front-end tax advisory service to its domestic and global client base as well as a comprehensive transactional tax practice working on an integrated basis with the firm's core practice areas. The Tax group is involved in the structuring and implementation of transactions and has particular expertise in advising in relation to structured finance / CLOs, real estate, investment funds, aircraft leasing, employment taxes, corporate transactions and automatic exchange of information regimes as well as contentious matters.
